SPEAKERS:

BRADFORD S. BABBITT is chair of the Business Litigation Group at Robinson & Cole. He represents businesses of all types in disputes arising from all forms of commercial relationships, tortious conduct, intellectual property, and regulatory oversight. In addition to contract and business tort disputes, he has handled copyright, trademark, and trade secret litigation in both federal and state court. He has also represented companies in investigations conducted by state regulators and the Connecticut Attorney General.


WILLIAM J. EGAN is counsel with Robinson & Cole and shares his commercial litigation and business law experience with a sophisticated market of individuals and companies. Mr. Egan has been involved with contract disputes, banking and regulatory matters, information and technology litigation, construction litigation, commercial leasing litigation, and bankruptcy and collection issues. He has experience in numerous state and federal courts, arbitration proceedings, and mediations as well as trial experience at the federal and state levels. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Egan counsels businesses and individuals on the sale and acquisition of assets and the negotiation and drafting of contracts, including licensing, vendor and credit agreements, commercial loan structuring and workouts, as well as real estate tax appeals.
