REARRANGING THE DISTRIBUTION NETWORK: Legal Challenges and Solution

With the increased pressure on margins brought about by higher material costs, coupled with a reduced ability to raise prices, manufacturers and importers are looking at ways to reconfigure their distribution networks.  In this program, David Reif and Thomas J. Rechen of McCarter & English, LLP will discuss the legal issues to be considered in terminating existing distributors and switching among in-house sales forces, manufacturers reps, and distributors.  The discussion will include, among other topics:
